According to a news announcement announcing the complaint, Ruth, who is now 39 years old, has slight cerebral palsy and is on the autism spectrum.

She claims that Carter, now 42, led her to the restroom and gave her oral s*x instructions as she sobbed, despite the fact that she was still a virgin and had been raised in a Christian home.

Ruth apparently struggled as the singer pushed her down, mounted her, and took her trousers off while she continued the assault on a bed inside the bus.
