15-year-old Boy, Jesie Gil, dies in a deadly car accident

A GoFundMe has been created in honor of the memory of Jesie Gil, Fernanda Gil, and Ashley Rodriguez. The three teenagers died in a car accident on Staten Island.

They died from injuries sustained in a car crash that collided with a tree.

The fundraiser was Fernanda’s friend, Jacqueline Nicholas, who refer to Fernanda as a kind-hearted, thoughtful, and caring person and her brother Jesie was shy but funny.

As of writing, the GoFundMe page has already raised $12,919.

Jesie Gil was a 15-year-old boy who lost his life in the tragic Mustang crash on Staten Island. His sister Fernanda and friend Ashley Rodriguez also lost their lives in the car accident.

According to their uncle, Juan Sanchez, Fernanda and Jessie were their parents’ only children. He told New York Daily News that their parents were devastated by the death of Fernanda and Jessie. The parents, who were not given much information regarding the accident, “broke their heart.”

Their uncle told that the family lived in Dongan Hills, Staten Island and Fernanda attended New Dorp High School, and her younger brother, Jesie attended Tottenville High School.
