The Tucson meteorologist Jaclyn Selesky got several headlines after her fiance Jake Hermes requested funds on Go Fund Me website. Go Fund Me is an American for-profit crowd-funding platform that allows people to raise money for events for any sort of mishap.

Per the Go Fund Me details, Jaclyn Selesky was bitten by the dog while she leaned over to kiss our dog, Henry. Sharing the unclear picture of the meteorologist after the accident, her fiance, Jake Hermes, has requested funds through money-raising websites.
In the accident description, Jake said she was bitten at the upper part of her right lip and the lower part of her cheek. The next 24 hours were a blur and were the most stressful and scary of our lives. As of August 23, 2022, two surgeries were also performed. Both of her surgeries went well, and she is resting at home. Jackie is healing from her most recent procedure and will be heading back to the Mayo Clinic.
In the upcoming days, the meteorologist has to endure at least three more surgeries to repair her upper lip and lower cheek area.
