There was HEARTBREAKING footage that has shown two teenage twins begging for help after they fled their parents, Zakiya Duncan and Jova Terrell who allegedly handcuffed them inside a house of horrors.
The twins told police that they had been locked inside a Houston home where they were forced to drink bleach and their own urine and live surrounded by feces.

The heartbreaking tale led to the arrest of mother Zakiya Duncan, 40 with her boyfriend Jova Terrell, 27, who was in Baton Rouge when the twins escaped the home. Shocking Ring camera footage captured the scene of shivering 16-year-olds running from door to door, begging anyone for help early Tuesday morning. The boy had reportedly found a handcuff key in his mom’s purse and hid it in his mouth before the twins unlocked the cuffs and freed themselves. They were barefoot and the boy had no shirt on as they pleaded for someone to help them.
After continually being turned away, a kind single mother brought them inside, where they disclosed the chilling details about their living situation. “They were so skinny and so frail,” the Good Samaritan has also told KHOU 11. “They told me that their mom kept them locked in the laundry room, n*ked, zip tied from the ankles, and handcuffed from the wrist.” The boy got a fractured bone that had healed and both were covered with bruises, cuts, and scars, the woman said.
They were also extremely thin with their bones sticking out, KHOU reported. Police also investigated the home after the twins escaped but found that the couple and five other children were gone so they issued an AMBER Alert. The couple was arrested hours later in Baton Rouge.
