The police officials of Stanford were contacted on the morning of 26 April 2022. A disturbing video was released overnight on social media showing a female hitting an infant child. Officers went to identify the adult young woman and the child in the video and went to perform a good search in their apartment.
Police officers were able to find both the infant and Tya. She was identified as the person who hit the poor infant kid. Child Protective Services took the child away from Posey’s care.
On the other hand, Tya was detained and charged with a count of Child Cruelty/ Abuse. She is jailed by the Seminole County Sheriff’s Department for the allegations of child abuse which did not cause any physical damage on the child. Tya was given a grant bail of $ 2000. She will be back on the court on 7 June 2022.
