Court filings show Noah Thomas Galle, 18, was driving 151 mph before the fatal Delray Beach collision on Jan. 27, according to WPBF. Galle has been charged with homicide by vehicle. On April 20, he pled “not guilty” to all counts. His bail was set at $300,000, with the additional terms of no driving and house arrest, with the exception of medical transportation to any appointments. Galle is also prohibited from having any contact with the victims’ families.In early April, the daughter of one of the six people killed in the crash addressed the court.
