After being charge with felony evading arrest, he was arrest from his parent’s home in Fort Bend County of Richmond, Texas, on May 10 on Monday after 8 p.m. and booked into the Fort Bend County Jail.
According to affidavits obtain by the news outlet and post on the Fort Bend County courts website, the Texas native is also facing a murder charge. Cuevas was accuse of shooting and killing the victim, Osiekhuemen Omobhude, in the parking lot of a Sushi Hana restaurant on July 14, 2017. Witnesses said they saw two men fire guns as Omobhude got into his vehicle. Cuevas was later charge with murder after a witness recognize him in a picture lineup. According to the Associated Press, he was out on bail at the time of the tiger attack.

According to CBS affiliate KHOU-TV, Victor’s attorney, Michael Elliott said Cuevas was about to turn himself in when the police arrested him. The Tiger was not in Victor’s possession when he was capture, which is a source of concern. He will, however, lead the police to it. Elliott confessed that Victor is not the real owner of the tiger.
