23-years-old Tyler Healey, a Massachusetts man suspected of attempting to kidnap a woman in the town of Burlington has been arrested.
He currently faces charges with an attempt to commit a crime, assault with intent to r*pe, indecent assault, and assault with intent to commit a felony.
According to the Investigators, during the assault, Healey grabbed the woman named Zayra Mendoza, touched her indecently, and dragged her.
The incident was captured on surveillance video.
