On Monday in the city of Fontana, he is accused of killing his estranged wife in a domestic violence episode. After Graziano and his daughter escaped, investigators issued an Amber Alert.

He had been characterized as violent and armed. Tuesday morning near Barstow, a deputy saw Graziano’s vehicle. During the pursuit that followed, Graziano allegedly shot at the deputy several times while driving a rifle.
