After recovering for six months from a severe heart attack, Robb just announced his retirement from the workforce on February 7, 2021. Before working at WABC, Hanrahan was at Miami’s WSVN-TV.

His death was attributed to a big heart attack because he had previously survived a heart attack and was a patient with a heart condition. Sadly, he was unable to do so this time.
