Former state prosecutor gets probation in child-p*rn case
An internet service provider notified the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in January 2017 that a user had uploaded an image that seemed to be child p*rnography. In February 2017, the group received another report that 10 photographs of child p*rnography had been uploaded to a chat service. The information was passed on to the San Diego Internet Crimes Against Children task force, which was able to trace the behavior back to Raymond’s house.
On July 25th, FBI agents apprehended Raymond at his home, and he informed investigators that he used the screen name and other fictitious internet personas to discuss s*xual fantasies online.
Liddy was freed after posting a $100,000 bond. In Federal court, his preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 8th.
