Before murdering his ex-wife Wendy, 42, Black indicated that she was the cause of his unhappiness.

Officers rushed to the 1500 block of Marshall Street for a complaint of an alarm at roughly 1:37 p.m., where they discovered traces of a forced entry into a home, according to the Baltimore Police Department. Inside, they discovered an unresponsive 41-year-old woman with gunshot wounds, thought to be Black’s girlfriend. She was declared deceased at the spot.

According to a representative for Howard County police, Baltimore police discovered a video posted on social media in which the suspect expressed his desire to go to Howard County. The suspect and the second victim were already dead when the Howard County Police Department learned about the video, according to the spokesperson.
