According to court records, Sylvester was arrested in June for breaking the terms of his bond in the 2020 gun case but had been under home arrest with a GPS tracking device since December.
A judge had allowed him to leave the residence for four hours every Thursday to perform errands, but sheriff’s officers claimed he’d broken the terms on June 11 by visiting “several locations in Chicago and Wisconsin.”

Another woman, 35, was standing nearby and was injured in the face by a bullet, according to authorities. She was brought to Mount Sinai Hospital and was reported to be in good health.
The authorities have no evidence to suspect anyone in this case. 64 bullets were found in his body.
