And, with a grin on his face, Litherland added: “Since being in Japan, I’ve only done one thing: eat. Everything about Japanese cuisine is delicious. I swear, I’ve gained around 4 or 5 pounds since I arrived.”
Despite saying that coming to Japan to compete in an Olympics marred by a pandemic would be “sort of challenging,” Litherland has gushed about it.
