In the video, the white teenager is seen holding Shaan’s neck inside the school cafeteria and asking him to leave the chair. The school superintendent Dr. Brad Hunt has also given the statement in which he says that Kopel is well aware of the video.
Kopel said also stated that as a quote: We cannot share any more details about this situation or matters of student discipline as per student privacy laws. Bullying has become a common practice these days. We also stopped several dozen cases but from now on we cannot handle them. We cannot scold any student because of the CISD student code of conduct. But on behalf of the school, we look into the matter and try to resolve it as soon as possible.
The Bully video has also been treated as a racist video and as per social media; school authorities have been supportive of the white man. That is why the aggressor could not get any sort of punishment. Coppell Middle School did not take any sort of action against him.
Because the white student’s father Sam Wellington was a member of Coppell Independent School District. So it could be the reason that school authorities did not take any action against the bully. Many people really want those white students should be punished very severely. Till now his identity could not be disclosed.
