The 25 years old man is said to be Juan Angel for fatally shooting a man in another car while driving on I-880 in Oakland. The man later was confirmed as a gene Ransome. Juna was arrested from the Hill Garcia if san Francisco. He was booked into the Alameda country jail on suspicion of murder as a result the warrant was issued overnight in the name of Juan Angel.
