Doctors only recently informed Goram that he had six months to live after determining that he had stage 4 oesophageal cancer. Following his passing, Rangers paid tribute to their former player on Twitter. Andy Goram, our famous goalkeeper, passed away today after a brief fight with cancer, the Rangers Football Club announced in a statement.
