Long-time Radio DJ Ed Weiss was best known and recognized as a revolutionary who revolutionized Beach music.

He became one of the most well-known voices in Beach music radio through his radio show “On The Beach,” which was syndicated on around 40 stations across the Southeast.

The Death of ED Weiss was announced by her wife on his Facebook page where she revealed he passed away on October 9, 2022, at 8:50 pm. Following his death announcement, people around the globe started expressing their condolence to him and support for his family through different social media platforms.

His wife Suz further revealed that Weiss returned from rehab last Sunday and was put into Hospice Home Care on Monday as His health has been on the decline for a little over a year.  However, it was not briefly explained what actually caused his death but she revealed he did not suffer long and died peacefully at his home with his wife and family by his side.
