“I am writing to inform you that the NSW Electoral Commission has determined that donations made by you to the National Party of Australia NSW and Mr. John Barilaro MP were not prohibited donations under Part 6, Division 4A of the Election Funding, Expenditure and Disclosures Act 1981,” the commission wrote.
