CryptoCubs is a collection of non-fungible tokens (NFTs). On the Solana blockchain, there is a collection of digital artwork.
On September 20th, 2021, the inaugural CryptoCubs collection of 10,000 cute bear cubs was released. Cubs members received weird eggplant-shaped elixirs with a letter engraved onto the bottle that said “Halloween” a few weeks after the introduction.
Origin of CryptoCubs.
The CryptoCubs initiative was born after the team was let off from their day jobs in the midst of the pandemic. We immediately committed 18-20 hours each day to it, working on concepts, designs, and community growth. To make the Solana ecosystem as accessible as possible, we decided that the first mint price would be.1 SOL.
The initiative quickly became a community-driven endeavor after the initial distribution of the 10,000 Cubs. On the night of the project’s release, we came up with ideas and thoughts for the Mutation Event – the eggplant concept came from many memes that were circulating in our Discord.
We got right to work on the Mutation Event the next day. Our community has always been there for us, providing comments and criticism that we’ve used to get to where we are now. Our community is responsible for our entire success. Thank you so much, cubbies.

OG CUB COLLECTIONS

MUTANT COLLECTION
On October 31st, 2021, the Mutant collection was released. The CryptoCubs were brutally killed, burned, and removed from the collection after 5,000 Elixirs were used on them… but something monstrous rose from the ashes – the CryptoCubs Mutants. One out of every five CryptoCubs Mutants has the Green Paw attribute, which permits them to manufacture eight $EGPLNT coins every day for the next eight years.

HYBRID COLLECTION
The CryptoCubs universe’s future is the Hybrid collection. Hybrid Cubs are limited to 2,500 and will be created by burning 300 $EGPLNT tokens and combining an OG CryptoCub with a CryptoCub Mutant. Both of its parents’ qualities are passed down to the Hybrid Cub.
A lite version of the Green Paw attribute is passed down to the Hybrid Cub, allowing it to generate four $EGPLNT tokens per day. Hybrid Cubs owners will be able to purchase new traits and accessories for their cubs every other week when the project’s own marketplace launches later this year. They also feature P2E mechanics that require maintenance or the $EGPLNT tokens they generate will be destroyed.
