The Metropolitan Police said that Charlie Bartolo and Kearne Solanke were both tragically stabbed roughly one mile apart in south-east London.
Two teenage boys have been charged with the murder of two youngsters stabbed to death
Kearne Solanke was discovered dead on Saturday in Thamesmead’s Titmuss Avenue. On the same day, 16-year-old Charlie Bartolo was also found on Sewell Road in Abbey Wood. Later today, two lads, 15 and 16, will appear before Bromley Magistrates Court. At about 17:10 GMT, officers from the Metropolitan Police received a call reporting that persons had been hurt in two different places.
Along with the London Ambulance Service and the city’s Air Ambulance, they responded to the site. Despite the greatest efforts of the emergency personnel, both boys perished, according to a Met spokeswoman.

According to the police, detectives from the Met’s Specialist Crime Command were conducting the investigation and supporting the relatives of the victims.
