Catherine H. “Nora” Murray, a career educator who had served as the regional adviser for the student councils of Baltimore County Public Schools and had previously held a position along those lines with Carroll County Public Schools, passed away on September 14 at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a result of sarcoma complications. 58 years old, the Sykesville resident.
