Cobb County Police Chief Tim Cox said Rhoden would face three counts of murder, three counts of aggravated assault, and two counts of kidnapping during a press conference on Thursday. Detectives are still questioning the suspect, and more charges could be filed, according to Cox.

Bryan also has been charged with DUI, giving false identification, and driving violations. Similarly, the shooter has been taken into custody in Cobb County.

On Saturday afternoon, Siller was discovered shot to death on the golf course. When police arrived to investigate, they discovered the deaths of Valdez, 46, and Pierson, 76, in the back of a Paul Pierson’s Dodge Ram 3500 pickup truck.

Siller was not a planned target, according to police, but was shot after witnessing a crime in progress. The link between the suspect and the other two victims, as well as a probable motive, are still being investigated. “We will be limited in the amount of information or details we can provide because this is still an open case and investigation,” Cox said.
