The representative further responded to allegations that Kotick was aware of s*xual misconduct allegations:
“Mr. Kotick would not have been informed of every report of misconduct at every Activision Blizzard company, nor would he reasonably be expected to have been updated on all personnel issues”.
It’s also been stated that after Treyarch co-head Dan Bunting was accused of s*xual harassment in 2017, Kotick intervened to keep him from being dismissed.
Jen Oneal, who stepped down as Activision Blizzard co-head in August after only a few months on the job, raised worry to a member of Activision’s legal team in August, saying that “it was evident that the corporation will never prioritize our people the correct way.”

Oneal also claimed that she had been s*xually harassed at Activision earlier in her career and that she was underpaid compared to fellow co-head Mike Ybarra. Oneal went on to say in the email that she has been “tokenized, marginalized, and discriminated against.”
According to Stephen Totilo on Twitter, if fired from Activision Blizzard “without cause or termination by an employee for good reason following a change of ownership,” Kotick may earn up to £218,109,094.62 ($292,970,341). ”
Kotick will still be paid £196,918 ($264,524) if he is fired by Activision Blizzard “for the cause.”
