He was registered as an s*x offender in South Carlina.

He moved after he pleaded guilty in 2011. He was permanently banned from coaching and sentenced, to 5 years of probation, and had to wear a monitoring device during probation. Oliva died at the age of 77 on March 24 in Georgetown, South Carolina hospital.
