Ngubane, 79, died at 1.40 a.m. today dated July 12, 2021, after being hospitalized and treated for Covid-19, according to Melomed in Richards Bay.
In a statement, Melomed Richards Bay hospital manager Randal Pedro said, “It is with regret that we confirm that this retired politician and former KZN Premier, SABC, and Eskom chairperson has demised earlier this morning at around 01:40.”
