Fudd contributed 19 points, five rebounds, and two assists in a 91-87 double-overtime victory for UConn over NC State during the Elite Eight while playing a team-high 49 minutes. For their efforts, she and Christyn Williams were named to the Bridgeport All-Region Team. She averaged 12.1 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.0 assists for her freshman season.
