“The police are accused of protecting and serving, but Private Baldner violated that trust when he used his car as a lethal weapon and killed a girl,” James said.
“Even if Monica won’t bring anything in return, we have to keep law enforcement at its best. That’s why my office is busy demanding justice in this matter.”
In 2019, Baldner hit the back of a car with his vehicle, endangering the lives of three passengers, the prosecutor said.
