Until she came, the star of 19 Kids and Counting had no idea what their second daughter’s gender was. In the YouTube video, her nurses exclaimed, “It’s a girl!” while Duggar sobbed.
When they introduced her to her brothers and sister over FaceTime, the pair disclosed the baby’s name. “It’s baby Fern Fern,” exclaims the Arkansas native.
