The series throws the challengers right into the thick of it, with a chopper dropping down to stop a bus and kidnap those taking on the course.
Bassim Yaghi, a full-time fitness trainer who has spent four months of the year strictly preparing for the Australian Natural Bodybuilding Titles, mutters an expletive after realising what he has done, as directing staff Jason “Foxy” Fox walks up and quizzes him.
“Have you pissed your pants,” he asks before the bodybuilder is instructed to take the first test, falling backward off a platform into the water.
As the harsh week begins, the shell-shocked recruits are s***pped n*ked and clothed in their uniforms.
