Max was married to Helen Ruth Auerbach, and together they had two children, Richard and Phil.

He was also the Senior Vice President for Content Development and Production at the Time Warner Global Media Group, where he developed and distributed premium content, applications, and experiences across all of Time Warner’s divisions.
He has also held senior positions at Havas Worldwide, the Time Warner Global Media Group, and the Warner Bros. Television Group.
